How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at participating local retailers. When ordering online, we provide a prepaid shipping label to return your empties after your new ones arrive.
Which SodaStream machines are compatible with the Quick Connect cylinders?
The pink-labeled Quick Connect cylinders are designed specifically for our newer models, including the Terra, Art, and Duo. Older models typically use the blue-labeled Screw-in cylinders.
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your machine, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
How long does shipping take for gas refills?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that because CO2 cylinders are pressurized, they must be shipped via ground transportation according to safety regulations.
Are your flavors and bottles BPA-free?
Yes, all SodaStream carbonating bottles are BPA-free and made from high-quality, food-grade PET. Our flavors are also crafted to meet high safety and quality standards.
Can I carbonate liquids other than water?
No, SodaStream machines are designed to carbonate water only. Carbonating other liquids like juice or wine can damage the machine, create a mess, and will void your warranty.
