We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream sparkling water makers and accessories. Please note that CO2 cylinders are non-refundable but can be exchanged through our convenient gas cylinder exchange program.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process within 30 days of purchase.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
